2026 Medical Staff Flu Vaccine Requirement

All Texas Children's Hospital Medical Staff members are required to complete the flu attestation process by November 4th at 10 a.m.

1. Submit through the BCM Flu Vaccine app if you received the vaccine outside of Baylor — including at a Texas Children's flu vaccine event. A new browser will open and ask you to enter your ECA (BCM login username)

3. Use your ECA to access the app. Baylor College of Medicine affiliates and staff at Texas Children’s team members will need their ECA to sign in.
4. No app access? Send your vaccine record to vaccinecompliance@bcm.edu and the attestation information will be entered on your behalf.
